There is almost too much to list.  We offer complete mailing services for any job you can imagine.  If it can be mailed or shipped, we can handle it for you.  No job is too large or too small. 

Address Resolution - Our Address Resolution service attempts to resolve incorrect or incomplete addresses in your mailing list increasing delivery and reducing wasted postage and printing costs.

Affixing Stamps - We can affix precanceled or live stamps to any mailpiece.  Response on stamped mail is higher than metered mail.  We can also apply a permit imprint if your printer did not apply one when your piece was being printing.  And for that occasional oops or when changing mailing services and the wrong permit was printed on your piece, we can black it out and apply our permit.

Barcoding - We can barcode your mail piece so it will qualify for a lower postage rate and help speed delivery times. 

Bindry - Folding, collating, cutting, 3-hole punch/drilling for binders, perforating, inserting, sealing envelopes, and more.

CASS Certification - Every list we get on disk or via email goes through our CASS Certification software to match it against the U.S. Post Office's database of addresses to check if it is a deliverable address and to standardize it.   This process helps reduce Undeliverable As Addressed (UAA) mail, providing you the most return for your your postage. 

Color Inkjet Printing - We can inkjet in blue, yellow, green, red, or the standard black.  Our inkjetting capabilities include variable data, generic data, and teasers.  Don't settle on just a simple address printed on your mailpiece, liven it up with color and a variable data teaser line to really get your clients attention! 

Cheshire Labels - We can handle up to three wide cheshire labels.

Confidentially - All database information and mailing lists provided to us will be solely used for your mailing.  For printers and graphic designers using us for fulfillment work, rest assured we will never contact your customer directly without your permission.

Direct Addressing - Using a high-speed inkjet printer, we can print your address directly onto your mailing piece making it appear neat and professional as if it were typed.   We can inkjet up to 3 inches in one pass allowing for printing any additional information you need beyond the basic delivery address.

General Mail Services -  We offer everything to get your mailpiece in the mail; sorting for postage discounts, delivering your mail to the post office, postal forms, free use of our postal imprint (if we are handling your mailing services), hand work, and everything else you can imagine.

NCOA Processing - NCOA processing searches your database for individuals, families, and businesses that have moved and filed a change of address (COA) with the Post Office and updates your mailing list with the most recent address information.  We offer both 18 months of data for most updated lists and 4 months of data for mailing lists that have not been updated in at least a year.  NCOA processing meets the Move Updating requirements for all mail classes.

Permit Imprint - Prefer a permit imprint over stamps or metering and don't have one?  Maybe you don't want to have to pay the $180 yearly Post Office fee.   No problem, you can use ours for no additional charge if we are doing your mailing.  If you have a nonprofit permit status, we can still mail your mailing using our permit at the same nonprofit rates.

Pressure Sensitive For those in-house lists you just can't get on disk, we can affix pressure sensitive labels.  We can handle any format of pressure sensitive labels.  We can also apply other types of pressure sensitive labels including foil stars, scratch-off stickers, and post-it notes.

Tabbing Our tabbing machine can affix seals to your mailing piece to allow customers to mail at automation compatible postage rates and save money.   Tabbing also keeps the mailpeice closed to prevent damage.  We can apply clear, semi-transparent, or white tabs in sizes in both 1 inch and the new 1-1/2 inches required for booklets.

Specialty Services We know not every mail campaign is a typical.  So if you're mailing posters in tube mailers and mailing them Priority Mail, sending piggy banks in boxes via UPS, or anything in between, we can do it.
